Description:

My 3d project is based on DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) nucleic acid.
I decided to do this project because I like to take on science projects.
It also is a very challenging thing to work on because you have to get
in precise order. I have added the molecules to the project all on
different layers in AutoCAD08. It takes a lot of patience and creativity
to do something like this work of art. I think it could be useful to teachers
and other people who study such things. I also used a double helix in
creating this project. I appreciate everyone who looks at this piece of
art and thank you very much for your time.
While art is not necessarily useful, it is hugely important to
culture. What would the world be like if everything was steel and
concrete? Art is important in that it gives beauty to otherwise
bland places. Trying to make art from new or unusual materials is
the definition of innovation. This project is designed to create
extraordinary art from ordinary objects that are put together in
a new way.
